Clear 30 hours and you're in the draw for a $100 voucher — no need to finish top three. Turning up is the whole qualification.

When someone texts you instead of using the app, pick them below — then go to Shifts or My season and do it as if you were them. A gold bar stays at the top until you switch back.

Pick the shift first so you can see which operator they'd be paired with. Check the operator's happy, then assign.
